Lecture and answers to audience questions by Prof. Nikolas K. Gvosdev of the U.S. Naval War College and author of "Decision-Making in American Foreign Policy: Translating Theory into Practice" and co-author "The Oxford Handbook of U.S. National Security" et al.
Prof. Gvosdev will speak on the implications for world security of the possible outcomes of the Russia-Ukraine war. Precise title to be determined soon.
The Jamestown Town Council has appointed the 250th Commission to coordinate events related to the Declaration of Independence in 1776 and to the Revolutionary War that resulted. The Commission has spent a few months getting organized, and now want's to hear from the community, both individuals and organized groups, about how Jamestown should commemorate this multi-year anniversary. Anyone interested should come with ideas and suggestions. If you or your organization is doing something to celebrate, come and let us know.
