At Jamestown Philomenian Library, we believe that everyone should have access to library services. This program is designed to provide library materials to Jamestown residents who are confined to their homes. Participants can receive books, movies, audio books, and magazines delivered to their home by a member of JFD COAST (Jamestown Fire Department Community Outreach And Support Team).
Home Delivery by mail is available to Jamestown residents who are homebound due to a short-term or long-term illness or physical challenge.
