John Campanini, technical director of the RI Tree Council, will present a program that covers the following topics.
- Native, Non-Native and Invasive Trees: The How-Tos and Why-To's. How to identify an invasive tree. How and why to remove an invasive tree.
- Biodiversity of Trees: Strength in Numbers. Why is biodiversity of trees in our community important? Does that biodiversity include non-invasive, non-native trees? How can each person participate in providing biodiversity of trees?

Jeanne Blasberg, author of Eden (2017) and newly released "The Nine", will talk about her books, her writing and sign books.
