For September's Book Club, each participant should bring a list of 3 books that s/he would like to recommend to be Book Club picks over the next year. Miss Lisa will create a list of all of the recommended books. The kids will then vote for one of them each month to be the next reading selection for Book Club!
For those new to Book Club, the kids vote on a book to read together for the next month. Miss Lisa then orders enough copies through the Ocean State Libraries consortium and the kids pick them up at the library and check them out on their cards. Easy peasy!
Please be sure to register for Book Club so Miss Lisa knows how many snacks to provide. You may register in person at the library or email Miss Lisa at jamlibkids@gmail.com.
*In case of inclement weather, we will be meeting via Zoom. Instructions and passwords will be emailed by 1:00 p.m. the day of Book Club.
