Decoupage Glass Plates

Take decoupaging to a whole new level! Use printed napkins to elevate a simple glass plate. Perfect for decoration or serving.
This craft requires a long drying period, so participants will leave their plates at the library on Saturday when they reach that point. Participants will need to return to the library on Tuesday, January 19th or Wednesday, January 20th to finish the final steps of the craft. The semi-finished plates and required materials will be in the Blue Conference Room from 9 - 8 on Tuesday, January 19th or Wednesday, January 20th.
