Living History Demonstration - 18th century textile production from raw materials to finished usable products presented in period dress.
Come see the spinning of wool on an 18th century great wheel and weaving on a portable loom. History and politics of the time period are discussed. Various fibers and period tools are on display for your examination.
This program also includes a hands on weaving project on a cardboard loom.
Participants take home their woven piece, cardboard loom, and a yarn needle.
