The Blue Star Families Caregivers Program is a four-session series designed to provide military and veteran caregivers with a supportive space to prioritize self-care, build peer connections, and access wellness resources. The program supports individuals caring for a service member or military-connected family member with daily needs due to injury, illness, wounds, or special needs, including EFMP families. The initiative aims to reduce isolation and strengthen community through shared experiences and structured wellness programming.
